4. Review the digital proof sent by A Touch of Faith.
5. Approve the design so production can begin.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

For the best results, please provide a clear, well-lit photograph showing the person’s face. Original digital photographs or high-quality scans work best. Avoid blurry screenshots, heavily filtered pictures, photographs with the face covered, or images taken from a great distance.

The quality and clarity of the finished portrait will depend on the quality of the photograph provided. Older photographs may naturally contain grain, fading, shadows, or other imperfections. These characteristics can become part of the vintage design.

DESIGN APPROVAL

A digital proof will be provided before printing. Please review the photograph, birth year, spelling, and overall layout carefully. Production will begin after approval is received.

One reasonable revision is included. Additional design changes may require an extra fee.

TURNAROUND TIME

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days after the photograph and all personalization details have been received. Turnaround time does not include shipping.

Because this item is personalized specifically for you, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after the design has been approved. If A Touch of Faith makes an error, please contact us so we can make it right.
